Classes

Gentle Yoga
Gentle restorative postures to enhance love and self-acceptance. Includes warm-ups, postures, meditation and breath work. $7.00 per class or $35.00 for six classes

NIA Neuromuscular Integrative Action - an expressive coordinated movement of body and mind. It is a lifestyle practice, embracing fitness and health. Benefits include cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, strength, balance, endurance, and relaxation. Through NIA, one can make progress in overcoming setbacks associated with cancer treatment. NIA facilitates the reclamation of a positive body image.

Qi Gong
A self healing art combining movement and meditation. "Qi" means energy and "Gong" means the skill of attracting vital energy. This is an ancient movement meditation practiced in China and other parts of the world for many generations and is known to promote healing. $7.00 per class or $35.00 for six classes

Support and Networking Groups
Sunstone has a variety of disease specific and general networking support groups. These are held at our TMC and Northwest locations.

Tai Chi is very slow, moving meditation that increases internal energy, thus increasing immune system functioning and lowering stress. Through slow, deliberate, and deep breathing, along with specific movements, chi is enabled to flow more freely through the body. $7.00 per class or $35.00 for six classes.
